Submission Guidelines
For an easy time submitting your abstract, abide by following rules:
Online Submission: Use the online submission form to send in your abstract as a Word document. During submission, choose the relevant category (Poster, Young Research Forum, or Oral).
Selecting a Session: Select a session from the Scientific Sessions that best suits your presentation.
Reference Template: To prepare your abstract, use the reference template that has been supplied.
Word Limit: Keep your abstract to 300 words, concisely stating the results of your study.
Relevance: Make sure your abstract touches on at least one of the themes or subjects of the Provide the affiliation and institution of each author under "Author Information."
Paper Structure: Sort your abstract into sections like Abstract, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, References, and Acknowledgments (if any).
Brief Biography: Please provide a 150-word maximum brief biography, photo, and email address for each author. For details, see the Abstract Template.
Presenter Registration: On November 21 and 22, 2024, all presenting authors are required to register for the conference and show up for their assigned session.
Only One Submission: Presenters are only allowed to submit one abstract. Nonetheless, representatives of neighbourhood organizations are allowed to submit a separate abstract for their own projects.
Reassignment of Abstracts: The Review Committee reserves the right to reassign abstracts that do not fit the chosen theme.
